Virtual staging buyers can't tell from the real thing

An empty room makes buyers work too hard. We furnish it digitally with correct perspective, believable shadows and furniture that suits the property's price point, so the listing photographs sell the lifestyle, not the drywall.

Why empty listings sit longer

Buyers scrolling a portal give each listing a second or two. An empty room reads as cold and smaller than it is; most people simply can't imagine their sofa in it. Physical staging fixes that at a heavy cost per property. Virtual staging fixes it for a small fraction of that, with a day's turnaround instead of a week of logistics.

What separates good staging from obvious staging

You've seen bad virtual staging: floating sofas, shadows pointing the wrong way, a rug that ignores the floor's perspective grid. Our staging is built piece by piece to the room's geometry and light source. We match furniture style to the property: modern pieces for a downtown condo, warmer traditional sets for a family home, and we keep scale honest so rooms never look misleadingly large.

Included with every staged image

  • Furniture, rugs, lighting and decor matched to the room's style and price point
  • Correct perspective, scale and shadow direction
  • Your choice of style: modern, Scandinavian, traditional, farmhouse or transitional
  • Decluttering of the original photo before staging where needed
  • MLS-compliance note: we recommend labelling staged images as virtually staged, and can add a discreet watermark on request

What we need from you

A straight, well-lit photo of the empty room, ideally shot at around chest height with verticals level. Tell us the property type and target buyer, or just say "your call" and we'll style it to suit the space.

Common questions about virtual staging

How long does virtual staging take?
24 hours for most orders. Larger batches may take a little longer; we confirm the timeline when you send the files.
Can you remove existing furniture and re-stage?
Yes. Occupied-to-staged is a common request: we digitally clear the room first, then stage it fresh.
Do you disclose that images are virtually staged?
That's the listing agent's responsibility under MLS rules, and we support it: on request we add a small 'virtually staged' label so compliance is effortless.
What styles can you stage in?
Modern, Scandinavian, traditional, farmhouse, transitional and coastal are the usual requests. Send a reference image if you have something specific in mind.
