The difference a proper edit makes

A buyer never says "nice white balance." What they feel is that one listing looks professional and the next looks like a phone snap, and they assign that impression to the property itself. Enhancement editing is about removing every small signal of "amateur": the tilted verticals, the yellow-grey walls, the dead lawn, the milky sky. Individually minor; together they're the difference between scrolled-past and clicked.

Common questions about image enhancement

Can you fix photos taken on a phone?
Yes. Agent phone shots are a daily part of the queue. We can't invent resolution that isn't there, but exposure, colour, verticals and sky make a bigger difference than most people expect.
Do you edit rental and Airbnb listing photos?
Yes. Short-term rental photos respond to exactly the same treatment, and hosts see the difference in click-through immediately.
What's the difference between enhancement and HDR blending?
Enhancement works from a single exposure per shot; HDR blending merges a bracketed set. If you shot brackets, send them; the blended result handles windows far better.
Can I mix services in one order?
Yes, and most clients do. Label the folders or leave a note, and each frame gets the right treatment.
