Removal that survives a zoom

Quick clone-stamp jobs fall apart the moment a buyer pinches to zoom: smeared brick patterns, repeated grass tufts, a fence line that bends. Our editors rebuild what was behind the object: brick courses realigned, lawn textures resampled, shadows repainted to match the light. The test is simple: if you can find the edit at 200% zoom, it goes back to the editor.

Where we draw the line

Honesty matters in listing photos, and MLS rules agree. We'll remove temporary items (clutter, vehicles, bins, cables) without hesitation. We won't erase permanent features that materially misrepresent the property, like power poles on the lot, a neighbouring structure, or roof damage, unless the listing discloses it. It protects your client, and it protects you. If a request sits in a grey zone, we'll flag it and let you decide with the agent.
